To watch, protect and promote interest of IT and ITES BPO sector in Orissa.
   
To work as liason organization between members and Government of India, Government of Orissa and their agencies.
   
To work and facilitate infrastructure development and other facilities with Government of India, Government of Orissa, IDCO, OCAC or their agencies.
   
To work intensively for development and expansion of IT and ITES BPO industries in the state of Orissa.
